Design Expertise: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication with a strong and versatile portfolio.
Tool Proficiency: Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Conceptual Thinking: Ability to translate brand strategy into meaningful, creative visual ideas and systems.
Attention to Detail: Strong visual sensibility, with an eye for alignment, spacing, typography, and color harmony.
Communication Skills: Able to articulate design rationale clearly to both internal teams and clients.
Collaborative Spirit: Open to feedback, iterative design, and working cross-functionally in a team environment.
Creative Confidence: Bold with ideas, yet humble enough to evolve them through critique and collaboration.
Ownership: You take initiative, meet deadlines, and are accountable for the quality of your work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Brand Identity Development: Create visually compelling and cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and design systems.
Collaboration with Strategy Teams: Work closely with brand strategists and creative leads to translate brand positioning and messaging into impactful visual expressions.
Visual Asset Creation: Design brand collaterals such as brand guidelines, pitch decks, social templates, merchandise, packaging, and marketing materials.
Campaign Design: Support campaign execution by designing visual assets for both digital and print media—ensuring all assets are on-brand and purpose-driven.
Client Collaboration: Participate in discovery sessions and client meetings to understand brand direction, take feedback, and present design concepts.
Consistency Enforcement: Ensure consistent application of branding across all touchpoints, both internally and externally.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, cultural insights, and industry best practices to keep branding fresh and relevant.
Support for Web & UI Projects: Provide branding assets and visual direction to UI/UX designers and developers as needed for digital products.

Important Details
Compensation for one-time projects come at the end of each project and compensation for monthly subscriptions projects come on the last day of every month during the course of that project.
One-time projects: Range of ₦150,000 to ₦250,000
The role is remote, however you will be required to be available for in-person activities the job requires.
