Attention to Detail: Able to spot typos and polish drafts based on feedback.
Time Management: Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks with guidance.
Tech Comfort: Basic familiarity with Google Docs, email, or content tools is a plus (training will be provided).
Team Spirit: Comfortable collaborating, asking questions, and contributing in a team environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content Development Support: Assist in writing blogs, captions, newsletters, and other marketing content across various formats and platforms.
Brand Voice Adherence: Learn and apply different brand tones and styles as directed by the content or strategy team.
Research & Idea Generation: Conduct research to support content creation, trends, and insights related to clients, industries, or campaigns.
Editing & Proofreading: Revise content based on feedback and ensure clarity, grammar, and coherence.
Collaboration: Work closely with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with objectives.
Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions, shadow senior writers, and complete writing assignments to improve skills and understanding.
Content Scheduling Support: Assist in uploading and scheduling content on platforms like blogs, social media, and email tools (training will be provided).
Documentation: Organize drafts, content plans, and idea banks using project management tools or shared folders.

Important Details
Compensation for one-time projects come at the end of each project and compensation for monthly subscriptions projects come on the last day of every month during the course of that project.
Range of ₦75,000 to ₦150,000
The role is remote, however you will be required to be available for in-person activities the job requires.
