Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in operating photography and videography equipment.
Must have your own gear; camera and lens, basic light set up, storage devices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Shooting of Client Products or Business Location: Conduct bi-monthly photo and video shoots as per the plan outlined by our strategists and creative directors.
Adherence to Creative Directives: Follow creative briefs and directions closely, ensuring the visual content aligns with the established brand and project goals.
Equipment Management: Take responsibility for maintaining and organizing photography and videography equipment. Also assist with getting rental equipment when needed.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the creative team, providing input and insights during planning sessions.
Post-Shoot File Management: Organize and manage files post-shoot, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for the editing team.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of visual content align with the established standards and guidelines.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their vision and incorporating feedback into the creative process.
Location Scouting: Assist in scouting and selecting suitable locations for shoots, considering client preferences and project requirements.
Continual Skill Enhancement: Stay updated on industry trends and continually enhance photography and videography skills.
Timeline Adherence: Ensure timely completion of assigned projects, adhering to production timelines.

Important Details
This role is a client job only role with compensation per client project. Compensation for one-time projects come at the end of each project and compensation for monthly subscriptions projects come at the end of every month during the course of that project.
One-time projects (Video): Range of ₦150,000 to ₦200,000
One-time projects (Pictures): Range of ₦100,000 to ₦150,000
Monthly subscription projects (Video and Pictures): Range of ₦200,000 to ₦250,000 monthly
You will be required to be available for shoot days at least 2 times during a one-time project and at least 2 times monthly during the course of a project.
NOTE:
For videos, you will be required to shoot only.
For photos, you will be required to shoot and edit.
All raw footage from shoots belong to Seriphics for others on the team to use for every client project.
Creative directors and marketing strategists are on board to plan and strategize so you will have a detailed brief for every project.
Any extra equipment that needs to be rented will be covered by Seriphics.
Your transportation for shoot days will be covered by Seriphics.
