Proficiency in Editing Software: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing videos.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure video quality and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that meet client requirements and objectives.
Creative Storytelling: Enhance video content with appropriate transitions, effects, and audio to create engaging and impactful stories.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into video edits.
Quality Control: Ensure videos meet high-quality standards in terms of audio, visual clarity, and overall production value.
Content Enhancement: Enhance video content with graphics, animations, and other elements to elevate the viewer experience.
Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver edited videos within specified timelines.
Collaboration with Production Team: Collaborate with the production team, including directors and producers, to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Stay Updated on Editing Tools: Keep abreast of the latest video editing software and techniques to enhance editing efficiency and creativity.

Important Details
This role is a client job only role with compensation per client project. Compensation for one-time projects come at the end of each project and compensation for monthly subscriptions projects come at the end of every month during the course of that project.
Simplest video being an instagram reel and complex video being a commercial ad.
One-time projects (Launch Campaigns): Range of ₦20,000 to ₦100,000 per video
Monthly subscription projects (Monthly Content Creation): Range of ₦25,000 to ₦100,000 monthly per video
The role is remote, however you will be required to be available for in-person activities the job requires.
