Seriphics 2025 End-of-Year Hangout

The Seriphics End-of-Year Hangout is our annual team bonding experience, a relaxed, fun-filled day designed for us to unwind, connect, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together in 2025. This gathering is all about genuine conversations, good food, shared laughter, and strengthening the friendships that make our work culture special.

What to Expect

Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll be doing together:

• Team bonding & conversations: We’ll spend time getting to know each other better outside the work environment.

• Relaxation & fun: A calm, easy atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the last days of the year.

• Food & drinks: Everyone will receive a menu from Trib3 Lagos to pick from.

• Content creation: We’ll be taking pictures, recording videos, and capturing memories for our end-of-year recap and social content. Come camera-ready!

• Gift exchange:

  • Every team member will receive a gift from Seriphics.

  • The Top 4 team members (based on appraisal scores) will receive special gifts.

  • Team members who wish to gift others are welcome to do so. If you plan to buy gifts, expect about 15 people in attendance.

Important Notes

• This is not a client project or work-related task: It is a casual, relaxing hangout with no work obligations attached.

• Transportation is not covered by Seriphics: Everyone is responsible for their own logistics to and from the venue.

• Food & Drinks:

  • Each person is entitled to: ✔️ 1 Meal✔️ 1 Drink✔️ Water

  • Any additional orders (extra meals, take-outs, etc.) are fully self-sponsored.

  • Please finish your food at the venue.

• Closing & Departure: Once the main activities are done, team members may leave. However, we encourage everyone to stay a little longer to mingle, gist, and enjoy the rest of the time together as a full team.
